2. Why was Dream Cleaning acquired?
This acquisition allows for a stronger team, improved resources and the opportunity to enhance our service offerings. Most importantly, it ensures continuity of service for all of Dream Cleaning’s loyal customers.
3. Will my cleaning service change?
No. We are committed to providing the same level of quality and reliability you’re used to. In many cases, the same cleaning professionals will continue servicing your home. If there are any changes to your schedule or assigned team, we will notify you in advance.
4. Do I need to do anything as a current customer?
No action is required on your part. All existing appointments, pricing and service details will remain in place unless we reach out to discuss changes with you directly.
5. Will my rates change?
At this time, all existing pricing will remain the same. Should any adjustments be necessary in the future, we will communicate them clearly and well in advance.
